The red dome-cladded Grand Mulberry residence has become an attraction in the heart of Little Italy. With this project that creates a perfect balance between historical premises and contemporary architectural language, Morris Adjmi Architects showed how old heritage districts can be revitalized in a progressive way. The building was included by The Architect’s Newspaper among the Best Facades of 2023.
